Fitness

A lot of people have been asking me about my fitness, diet, daily routines, travel and just random things which I love to talk about so I thought why not make what 1000 people do every day and start a podcast:) If you'd have a specific topic you would like me to talk about just leave a comment, these recordings are really a lot of fun to make, I'll try to make my best to be consistent if you guys like it.

  1. It's "cottage cheese" =) I mean, "творог". In Ukrainian it is "домашній сир", but being bilingual I am using "творог" most of the time.

  2. I enjoyed the podcast. Keep going! I want to ask you one thing concerning the topic. Can you talk about your working out program? I know you mentioned back injuries. I have a couple of them myself. It would be interesting to know how to work out without harming back and having good shape. Thank you!

    1. Hi Artem. I'm glad you liked the podcast. I think I talked about what you're asking in the second episode. I didn't talk about how to work out when you have back pain specifically, but I talked about my work out routines in detail.
